Terms of Service

You sign in with Apple or Google — we don’t issue passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to that provider account secure, and for everything done through your Siy account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Siy. One account is for one person; don’t share your credentials.

The records you create — plots, plantings, treatments, harvests, reminders, notes and photos — belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your records, sync them to your devices, and process a photo when you ask for a diagnosis. We don’t use your content to train models, and we don’t sell it.

You can export your journal at any time and delete your account from the app. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes.

Siy is free to download and use. Premium unlocks unlimited plots and tracking, smart reminders, full history and analytics, data export, and AI plant diagnosis.

• Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial.
• After the trial, the subscription is $4.99 per month unless you cancel before it ends.
• Billing is handled entirely by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account — we never see your card details.
• It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies, not by us.

We may change pricing. If we do, we’ll give you notice before it affects your renewal, and you can cancel if you don’t want to continue.

The diagnosis feature uses an AI model to interpret a photo. It is informational only, it can be wrong, and it is not professional agronomic, horticultural, veterinary, medical or safety advice.

• Do not rely on it alone to decide whether to apply a pesticide, fungicide, fertiliser or any other chemical.
• Always follow the product label and your local regulations, which take precedence over anything the app suggests.
• Never rely on it to judge whether a plant, fruit or fungus is safe to eat. It is not designed for that, and getting it wrong can be dangerous.
• For anything consequential, consult a qualified agronomist or your local extension service.

You are responsible for what you do with a diagnosis. We accept no liability for crop loss, damage or harm resulting from acting on one.

When using Siy, you agree not to:

• Break the law, or use the service to plan or carry out anything illegal.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Upload photos of people without their consent, or other people's personal or sensitive information.
• Attempt to breach, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to scrape the service, or resell access to it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules, or where we’re required to by law.

We work to keep Siy running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data first.

The service depends on third parties — Apple, Google and OpenAI — and outages or changes on their side can affect it.

We take reasonable care with your data, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose. Use the export feature regularly if your records matter to you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Siy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we exclude all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost harvests or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you, and these terms do not override them.

You can stop using Siy at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, or if we’re legally required to.

Deleting your Siy account does not cancel your subscription — cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we’ll notify you in the app. Continuing to use Siy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which OpSpace, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located there. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the protections of your home country’s mandatory consumer law.
